New EPF Message from Herbert!
Today Club Penguin has sent us a new EPF message from Herbert! Here is what it says:
It says," That's right, you mechanical menace! I should never have rebuilt you! I want to DEFEAT the Elite Penguin Fools, not destroy them!"
