1. Click on your Spy Gadget
2. Click 'Go There."
3. Go to the Field Op Board and click 'Accept Field-Op.'
4. Now walk to the other side of the Field Op Board
5. Your spy gadget light will now turn green.
6. Now you complete the puzzle!
Sadly, this Field-Op is kinda hard to accomplish. Don't you think?
Once you are done, you get a message from Herbert P. Bear! Here is what he says:

It seems as if his message is backwards! :O I will post a different post when I decode what the message says.
In the meantime, you can either buy some gear from the classes or continue playing CP! :D
