Today while I was on Club Penguin with my friend Jtjohns I heard that he got the Petey K stamp. So I checked his stamp and there it was the Petey K Penguin Band stamp.

I thought this might have been a glitch but then I double checked his Characters stamp page and there was Petey K.
Do you think this is a glitch or Club Penguin mascots are arriving early?
